A young girl's fantasy of swimming, at leisure, over the entire Mid-Atlantic Ridge juxtaposed with a Disney cruise ship window looking out onto the sea's horizon as evening approaches. These colorful underwater images are woven and filtered between black and white interviews with experts from various professions. The jazz guitar softly plays "Polka Dots and Moonbeams" during the entire duration creating an audible horizon.
